This policy explains what information Raqeem Fresh receives when you order from us, how we use it, and how you can ask us about it. We keep things simple: orders happen on WhatsApp and by phone, and we only handle the details we need to deliver your order.
What we receive
When you order or send us a message, we receive your name, your phone number, your delivery address and whatever you write about your order.
All of this reaches us on WhatsApp or in a phone call. This website itself does not ask you for any personal information.
Ordering happens on WhatsApp
Orders are placed on WhatsApp at 0304 7773877. WhatsApp is a separate service run by its own company under its own terms and privacy policy.
What you send there is handled by WhatsApp under those terms, which are separate from ours.
Analytics on this website
We may use basic anonymous analytics on this website to see how many people visit which pages. If we do, the numbers are anonymous — they do not tell us who you are, and nothing on this site tracks you personally.
No accounts, no payment details
This website has no customer accounts and no login. It also takes no payment details.
Payment arrangements are confirmed with your order on WhatsApp, not through this site.
How we use your information
We use your details for one job: taking your order, confirming it and delivering it to your address. We also use them to answer your questions and messages. That is all.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your name, number, address or messages to anyone, and we do not pass them to other businesses for marketing. Your details are used for your orders and nothing else.
How long we keep information
We keep order messages and delivery details only as long as we need them to run the business — for example, to find your address for your next order or to sort out a problem with a recent one.
When we no longer need them, we delete them. If you ask us to remove your details sooner, we will.
