Terms of service
These terms explain how ordering from Raqeem Fresh works and what you can expect from us. They are written in plain language for everyday shopping, and they apply whenever you order from us on WhatsApp or by phone.
What this website is
This website is for information and for getting in touch to order. It shows what we do and how to reach us.
It is not an online shop — there is no checkout and no payment here. Orders happen on WhatsApp at 0304 7773877.
Orders and confirmation
You place your order on WhatsApp and we confirm it there. An order exists once we have confirmed it — a message sent before that is a request, not a confirmed order.
You can also call us on 0304 7773877 if that is easier for you.
Daily rates
Our rates follow the local mandi and change day to day. We tell you the day's rate on WhatsApp before your order is packed, so you know what you are paying before anything is prepared.
A rate applies to that day only.
Availability changes daily
Fresh produce depends on what the mandi has that morning, so an item may not be available on a given day.
If something you asked for is short or missing, we tell you on WhatsApp before packing so you can decide what to do.
Fresh produce varies
Vegetables, fruits and herbs are natural products. Size, shape, colour and weight vary from piece to piece and from day to day. This natural variation is normal and is not a defect.
Delivery
Our delivery area is Narowal city, and we aim to deliver within the hour. That timing is a target rather than a guarantee. The delivery charge, any minimum order and the exact timing depend on your area, your order time and that day's availability, and are confirmed with your order.
We confirm all of this with you on WhatsApp when you order.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or call, and we will cancel it.
Once the order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled — but see the next section if something is wrong with it.
Problems with an order
If something in your order is wrong or not up to standard, tell us the same day on WhatsApp or by phone. Fresh produce cannot wait, so telling us the same day is what makes it possible to put things right.
We will look at it with you on WhatsApp and sort it out fairly.
Our responsibility
We take care with every order, and if we get something wrong we put it right fairly.
Beyond that, our responsibility for an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for things outside our control, such as road closures or weather that delays a delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we update these terms, the updated version applies from the day it is published on this website.
